Meet Ms. Bronson...
I was born and raised in Spokane, WA and attended Mt. Spokane High School. Since a young age I have always enjoyed anything and everything history related. I feel at home in the classroom where my passion for teaching and history can merge.
Information to know me better:
- I have two younger brothers, Kolby (27) and Cooper (18)
- I have a bachelor's degree in History from Pacific Lutheran University. I also minored in Anthropology.
- I played four years of collegiate soccer at PLU.
- I received a Masters in Teaching degree from Gonzaga University.
- This is my 9th year of teaching.
- I'm a huge Pittsburgh Penguins fan
- I have two cats, Theo (Theodore Roosevelt) and Penny.
- I also have a dog named Harvey Danger.
- During quarantine I purchased a Hamster, Moira (I clearly was struggling while being locked in my house and needed some more company... lol)
- I absolutely love watching movies! Dirty Dancing is my all-time favorite!
- My favorite book from high school was Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger.
- Every summer my family plans an RV road trip to visit National Parks and other historical places. I have visited nearly 20 National Parks in the last 5 years. Zion National Park and Crater Lake National Park have been my favorites so far.
- I enjoy reading, iced coffee, a good cup of tea, puzzles and anything sports related.
